Please note that our technicians may request temporary access to your web host/server to identify and fix any issues. Failure to provide timely access may result in a delayed resolution or disqualification for a refund.

  5. Product not-as-described: If you believe that the purchased product does not match its description on our website, please report the issue within 7 days of purchase. Provide clear evidence to support your claim. Complaints based on false expectations or wishes will not be honored.
